How to convert JPG to PDF for free

  1. Select or drop your JPG files.
  2. Adjust quality, dimensions, resize mode or background when needed.
  3. Select Convert, compare the original and result, then download your PDF file.

The conversion runs locally in your browser. Zeepora does not upload your selected files, require an account, add a watermark or charge a fee.

When to convert JPG to PDF

Put a JPG photo or scanned image into a PDF when a recipient requests a document instead of an image. Zeepora creates a separate one-page PDF for each selected JPG; it does not merge a batch into a single document.

BEST FOR

Sharing a photographed receipt or a single scanned page in PDF form. The result is an image-based document: printed words are visible but are not automatically recognised as searchable text.

STARTING SETTINGS

Keep the original width and height for a first export and use a high quality setting for small lettering. The image dimensions determine the page proportions; there is no A4 or Letter paper preset.

KEEP IN MIND

The JPG is decoded and re-encoded for embedding, so conversion cannot restore lost photo detail and may introduce further compression. This is not OCR, a PDF editor or a multi-page merger.

JPG to PDF questions

Can I merge several JPGs into one PDF?

No. This converter returns one PDF per image. Use a dedicated PDF merger for a combined document.

Will the PDF text be searchable?

No. Text photographed in the JPG remains image pixels. Searchable text requires an OCR tool.

Can I choose A4 paper?

There is no paper-size preset. Output page proportions follow the image dimensions you choose.

Why is the PDF larger than the JPG?

A PDF adds document structure and embeds a newly encoded image. A smaller file is not guaranteed.

How do I keep small text legible?

Avoid reducing dimensions unnecessarily, start with high quality, then open the downloaded PDF and inspect the lettering at the intended viewing size.
