How local conversion works

After you select a supported file, the browser creates a temporary local object URL, decodes the image into browser memory and encodes the chosen result on the same device. The downloadable result is created locally. Zeepora's servers never receive the image bytes or filename for conversion.

Anonymous usage measurements

Zeepora records limited operational events through Cloudflare to understand whether the converter works well. These measurements may include the event type, page route, source and target format, a broad file-size range, number of files, conversion duration and success or failure. They do not include the image, filename, account identifier or image contents.

Optional Google Analytics

If you choose Allow analytics, Zeepora loads Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, traffic sources, browser and device information, approximate location, and conversion outcomes. Google receives these measurements and uses analytics cookies to recognise repeat visits. We do not send your images, filenames, support messages or a Zeepora account identifier to Google. Page query strings and fragments are removed from the page addresses we send, and automatic form and download-name collection is disabled. Google signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in our tag.

Google Analytics does not load before you allow it. Reject analytics to keep it off. Use Analytics preferences in the footer at any time to change or withdraw your choice. Withdrawing stops further Google Analytics collection and removes its first-party cookies from Zeepora; it does not erase measurements already received by Google. We save your choice in this browser for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies are configured to expire after up to 180 days and may be renewed by a later visit. Infrastructure

The website is delivered through Cloudflare. Like most web infrastructure providers, Cloudflare may process technical request data such as IP addresses, user-agent information and security logs to deliver and protect the service under its own policies.

Support messages

If you voluntarily submit a message through Zeepora Support & Feedback, that separate service stores the information you enter so the message can be reviewed and answered. Do not include sensitive information in a support message.

Questions

For a privacy question or deletion request, use the support form and provide enough information to identify the request without sending sensitive information. This privacy notice may be updated when the service changes.
